Weighed myself after 3 years and now I'm sad haha

So we're doing a cancer screening at my job and they are doing a full physical. Never weigh myself because it messes with my head. So been on gear for like 6 years. When I started I was prob about 5'10 195lbs.

Weighed in the morning at 220lbs. Haha guys I thought I was way bigger. They did the body fat test with the metal grip thing and also said I was 20 percent body fat where as I thought I was like 10-12. I have visible and and barely any fat.

I also been on shift for 3 days straight so didn't get in the usually calories or water I get. But still feels bad man. Looking in the mirror thought I was making good progress thinking I was closer to 235lbs but now feel like a small fry haha.

Just need a pep talk from the boys. This guys is why I don't weigh myself

I hover right at about 215 & check it daily or a minimum of 2x a week

It's hard af, I try my best to hit it from all angles - but, since I dropped most of my sauce it's been extra difficult

Plus it sounds like you work hard af, or at least straight - that shit kicks our ass < this is one of the reasons why I hate the adea of changing my current work situation. . . It sucks, I have my shit diealed in(mostly) but, it's like a part time job which I don't wanna lose

If you have visible abs you are not 20% body fat. Most place have zero idea how to calculate body fat and I can't imagine they did a 9 point skin fold cali per

All I can say is that it happens to everyone. I have days where I literally wish I was dead after I look at myself lol. When you spend thousands of hours in the gym and have to deal with injuries and wear and tear of joints, and you STILL are not where you wanna be, that's a motherfucker. At the end of the day, the answers are not in the gym or on this forum. I would recommend you focus on another interest or project you've been meaning to do for a few months while you continue training. Don't make training and your body your #1 priority, because when you get disappointed (which you will be, because that's human nature), it affects every part of your life, as you can already see. Keep training consistently and eating right and let nature do it's thing. Accept you are who you are and you will only improve in time with consistency and dedication.

It’s not the destination, it’s the journey

I’ll never look good enough - for myself

But, when I look around I’m well in the top 5% of just about anywhere
