just wanted to introduce myself and say Hi to everyone.
My name is Chad and I live in Alabama.
Retired ARMy now own a small barbershop in South Alabama
I workout 6 days a week at the local Y. Not a bodybuilder but I do love to hit iron.
Been training most of my life except for about a 5 year period where my marriage fell apart.
During that period i was diagnosed with PTSD and put on a lot of anti anxiety and Anti depression drugs that lead to a large weight gain.
Since my divorce I have spent the last two years trying to get my life back together.
Took myself of all medication and started hitting the gym hard. Dropped down from 315 to about 250. Arms are around 20" solid, chest 56" all natural. The only supplements I take are universal animal packs and syntha 6 shake. Was making good gain up until the last 6 months when i came to a screeching halt.
45 days ago visited my doctor who opted to start me on T replacement regiment. She placed me on a gonad cream testosterone atrevis 200 MG/ML hydro gel 1 ML twice a day and a thyroid supplement. At this point i am half way through this cycle and have not lost any body fat and actually seem to be gaining even though my diet is fairly strict and i have increased my cardio.
In the past I have never attempted the use of steroids. i just didn't think that I was smart enough nor did i really trust anyone in my circle to be smart enough but at this point I am willing to try just about anything.
I have come here hoping to make contact with some smart guys that can point me in the right direction to supplement my hormones in am ore progressive fashion to meet my fitness goals.
The end goal would be to get back down to 225lbs of hard muscle in the 12% to 15% body fat. Based on my doctors readings i am currently at 30%.
Any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated.
