I have to agree i been kind of in a rut. Rush to the gym either before or after work go through the motions and just get the job done. Now that i have the stuff at home i have more time to spend quality time lifting. Before i think i lost 1 to 1.5 hrs just getting ready and getting home from the gym

It does seem like things slowed way down at the grocery stores today. I hope your right cause about the only thing that drives me nuts is being around a ton of people at the grocery store and waiting in line forever. I often will just shop a more expensive store to avoid it
