I know LGD 4033 has a 24-36 hour half life, and I plan on taking 10mg for 12 weeks. I know it's common conception you can dose once a day, but to keep bloods level and consistant, would it be better to take 5mg twice a day, 12 hours apart?

I found once a day was just fine.
