If you are trying to minimise bodyfat, which of these would be better?
Option 1: Eat 200 calories of junk food every day (i.e. 7 days per week)
Option 2: Eat 1400 calories of junk food once per week
At the moment I'm a lot closer to Option 2. From Monday to Thursday, I only eat 3 meals per day (granola for breakfast, can of tuna for lunch, chicken for dinner) and I run 8 km per day (with extra weight). But then when Friday arrives, I don't exercise, and I have a fry for breakfast (sausages, bacon rashers, bread, egg), I eat big bags of sweets, big chocolate bars, and a pizza.
I reckon my body fat reduces from Monday to Thursday. It might increase on Friday because I stuff my face indiscriminantly.
Do you think it's better to spread your junk food throughout the week, or to just gorge one day a week?
