side effects of AI use

lots of guys come onto the forums looking for advice when starting the first couple side cycles and they have side effects and they think its the Testosterone or the AAS causing the issues .. most the time its not. its your ancillary drugs you got sold and duped into buying .

here are some common side effects from your AI use

diarrhea,
nausea,
vomiting,
upset stomach,
loss of appetite,
body aches and pains (back pain, bone pain, joint pain or stiffness),
breast swelling/tenderness/pain,
headache,
dry mouth,
scratchy or sore throat,
increased cough,
dizziness,
trouble sleeping (insomnia),
tiredness,
weakness,
flushing and sweating (hot flashes/hot flushes),
vaginal bleeding,
hair thinning,
weight changes,
depression,
mood changes,
problems with your fingers while gripping, or
numbness, tingling, cold feeling, or weakness in your hand or wrist.

This is the primary reason for taking ancillaries PRN - only as needed.

Don't go mucking your cycles up with a host (or any for that matter) of compounds that you DON'T need.

Unless you know from prior cycling that you're prone to specific sensitivities, there is absolutely nothing that gear will do to you, that can't be reversed after it occurs with the proper therapy.

The fewer drugs in your system, the better!

having water retention is NOT from your estrogen levels.. thats a bro myth (estrogen has very secondary effect on water retention) its the compounds themselves causing water retention .. which is not a bad thing as water retention helps with a volumization of muscle cells ..
BUT too much water retention can effect your sleep and your cardiac/pulmonary out put . and yes thus cause lethargy .

I don't give direct diuretic advice over the internet (yes lots of things you can take). but I can say that perhaps a natural diuretic , a high dose of vitamin c and some dandelion root supplements may help you out , or there are supplements from places like Blackstone labs that work as natural diuretics .

you can also drop your carbs and go Keto for a few days and you will lose some of the water naturally

nolvadex works great for an estrogen/volumization blasting phase, for those that need it and are estrogen sensitive .. but for the most part , if you set up your AAS stacking properly , you don't need any ancillary drugs at all.

I agree, I ran 1G deca + 1G test with no AI and had no issues. Didn't bother adding in nolvadex either. Just wanted to get your take on it incase you had changed your stance from a few months ago.

Not as great as I expected. It was just an experiment to try the so called pro making dosages we see online. Al though I didn't get any notable side effects, I also didn't get any crazy results. NPP at 600mg gave me better pumps, strength and fullness and I only needed to run it for half the time. Likely will not run Deca again.

I think there's a point of diminished results with just about everything. Just have to learn what it is for each of us.

I’ve noticed this to be the case with basically all oral steroids I’ve ever used. However with injectable steroids (for the most part) it would seem that more always yields more results. Anyone else have a similar experience?

more always yields more to a degree..
you get a buzz off a couple beers , but you can still keep going and drink a 12 pack and get drunk.

more simply has more effects, period.

its not like magically at beer number 6 things turn off and beer number 7 will no longer have an effect ..


with AAS use . the limitation is the physiological limitation, not the drugs themselves. high dosages work. the problem is , we don't train hard enough, eat enough, and sleep enough, etc.. to get the results out of the high dosages , so we think our drugs are either fake or we think we got to a levels of "diminishing returns" for our dosages .

your diet, your training style and intensity, and your sleep and recovery ability ,, thats what dictates your dosages.
if you train like a little bitch , then sure 500mg test is all you need . if you train your ass off and no how to go way past failure and move some heavy ass weight , you may want to hit 1200mg of test... same with food.

the limitations are physiological and mental . . the way drugs work, they always work. more is more, there is no diminishing returns with the drugs themselves.
1000mg of test is always going to bind to more receptors and up regulate things more then 500mg of test
