The fact that it doesn’t give dosages, and has ingredients listed in the wrong order (supposed to be by mass per dose) is suspect enough, and there may well be nothing in them. That said, I literally cannot imagine why anyone would bother faking an ECA tab. Better still, why the fuck would anyone buy one, given that you can get all of those individual drugs for cheap as shit in actual quality controlled doses.

If you live in the US, just buy it from a pharmacy. It’s kept behind the counter now, most common brands are Bronk-Aid and Primatene. If not, I have no idea about your national laws.
