My heaviest pull was 415 last year and it was pretty ugly with a lot of hitching and strapped. I came off cycle about 3 weeks ago and have lost about 7 pounds. Threw 365 on the bar last night and it flew up. It actually surprised me so I threw 415 on and it went up pretty quick. I honestly thought to myself no freakin way. I threw 455 on for giggles figuring I would fail. Let’s say I’m still high from this lift. Thinking 500 by Sept. I’m pretty fkin proud of this lift, especially being 42 at 6’2 189. I have zero idea where this strength came from.
