I’d simply dismiss it, continue to discuss the training schedule as professional as it can get, and conclude with a joke to the pics being far from appropriate progress pictures.
I'm amazed (and saddened) this happens to men as well. I thought only women try to do their best at work and get their intentions mistaken.
