All my blood work came perfectly ,cholesterol ,kidney ,liver values the only thing as i expect was high rbc , hct ,hgb ,my ferritin was lower and i stop donate blood this year ,i read on this and another forums that some guys use with succes grapefruit seed extract , green Tea extract ,naringin ,one some insta post of Dante trudel talk about some ace inhibitor enalapril use with succes to lower hct numbers and ip6,right now in my supplements stack i have red yeast rice ,niacin,nac, astragalus ,5 ml fish oil with 1800 mg epa&dha ,100 mg baby aspirin after my heart attack and 2.5 mg perindopril ace inhibitor and 2.5 mg bystolic.
On the morning of bloodwork i only drink 200 ml water 15 min before so not well hidrated , but the next day after my results came out I went straight to donate blood and start to take another 100 mg baby aspirin after talking with a friend who is hematologist(blood specialist ) doctor kinda scare me...today after 2 weeks off i start dr dean pct , on this forum I found some of the best tips in lowering my cholesterol, liver enzymes, so I'm curious what supplements you have used successfully in lowering rbc hct hgb numbers ??
