Looked up the molecular weight of Testosterone Enanthate and it's about 400.6 g/mol.
Testosterone with no ester has a molecular weight of 288.42 g/mol.
288.42 / 400.6 = 0.719 ... 72% is of testosterone enanthate is testosterone, the rest is ester. So for 250 mg/mL, only 180 mg is testosterone.
Natural production of testosterone is said to be anywhere between 5-10 mg/day. At the high end, that is 70 mg/week. To calculate how much you would inject in one shot to get that high-natural 70 mg/week testosterone level, it would be 70/180 ~= 0.39, or a little under 0.4 mL/week. That's .2 mL per shot if doing 2x a week injections of 250 mg/mL test E/C.
cypionate has almost the same molecular weight as enanthate (412 vs 400, respectively)
