So, i got my Christmas juice today.
I started rigth away 20 mg Tbol just one hour prior training.
Insane pump, reminded my the first time i ever tried a pwo (noexplode)
Biceps hurt so bad i could only curl the barbell at the last set.
I guess it will not be like this the next time, but using tbol as a pwo 2-3 times a month year round to give the pwos a rest, could be an idea.
Doubth it would be unhealthy.
