Hey folks. Glad to be here. I'm 53 y/o long time lifter. I'm a firefighter/pmdc with 30 years on the job. I've had some setbacks as of late and it really affected my workouts and general health. Basically my time on the job has done its damage. Most recently a knee replacement and arthritis. Still in the gym hitting it as hard as I can. I'm here because of my reduced stamina and strength and I just started a prescribed hrt and looking to understand it a little better.
