Thread: 2 years straight test E

    2 years straight test E

I have taken Test E at 500 mg/week adding deca on and off and adding anavar to the cycle on and off but continuously running 500mg of test E a week for about 2 years. I run arimadex as an e blocker 2x a week sometimes 3x if i feel my estrogen levels are rising.

I’m 33 currently weight 265 lbs and 6’1. I eat moderately clean during the week and pretty much slack off during the weekend. I’m not trying to compete or do anything like that, i just enjoy my size and fitness levels.

HOWEVER, as of the last six months i have noticed continuous weight increase and it seems like it’s impossible to take the weight off.

Essentially i am worried that without an off cycle that my body is now storing everything as far and i can’t seem to stop my weight increase. I also seem to fluctuate 10lbs from Sunday to Monday. And it will take me all week to get back down to 265 or lower.

6 months ago my body was comfortably sitting at 245-250 looking fit. However once i broke 260 i can’t seem to stay below 270.

Is this caused by my lack or off cycle? And if so how long should i off cycle to get my body as close to normal again.

    Thank you in advance.

I can't advice you so much on your current situation except my experience with others who has done the same.
Me personally am thinking of self-medicate a TRT since I feel so great on, but horrible off and won't get any help from medical.
In my case, I THINK the use over the years has placed a restraint on my receptors and I need much more to feel the same.

In the cases where friends have done the same as you or longer, all has had serious health issues that come like a storm from heaven.
It usually starts with some fluctuating BP, nausea, or similar, and ended with a forest of issues shortly after.
This is from person to person of course.
I know of one guy who is rather famous in the fitness industry by the name "Tony Huge" who plays a lot with injections, but he is well
read on the matter and knows what to do where.

It sounds like you are not very strict regarding your health and more enjoy life, so you should be prepared for the worst at least
if you keep doing the same.

I would in your case take a meticulous health check on all panels first, to see where you are at.
Then I would make the decision if you want to stay on forever or blast.
Following a on-reset-on protocol is healthier as I understand it, but not everyone likes or can mentally handle that lifestyle.
PCT periods and the time off is f*cking boring to say the least...
In your case, going off and repair would literally take months, and it's not 100% that you will reach normal levels anymore.
Evem if you do, your receptors might have taken a hit.

If you decide to be on, then I would suggest going for a TRT dosage instead and then have cycles between.
Your 500 a week is a cycle, not TRT, and it's way to long to stay on that amount imo.

I bet some more knowledged veterans will jump in here and correct me if I am wrong, but you are on a path that will place you
in medical hands sooner or later as it is.

Come down to a sensible TRT dose.
Clean your diet up. Actually... start dieting.

Bump cruciferous vegetable intake up. Add DIIM andor calcium D-Glucarate to your supplement stack.

While you're at it: Check your blood pressure.

100%. Your prostate could be blowing up, aswel as your RBC/hemoglobin through the roof. I can guarantee you need to donate after that time frame. Get a full panel and go from there. Stay healthy.

As you get older, it becomes more difficult to lose fat. To people in their 30s, 40s and beyond, diet is even more important to have under control.

Now as far as your test E for 2 years goes, you can't possibly be getting any strength or muscle growth gains still. Those must've tapered off a long time ago.

What I'd do is either put together an aggressive PCT or switch to blasting and cruising (and do a very long cruise). With either route you go, I'd get some bloodwork done. Contact the Red Cross about making a "Power Red Donation."

Why do you suggest power red and not whole blood?

Because you can donate 2 units of RBCs in one deposit.

I agree with some of the advice given so far, 500/mg/wk is too high for TRT. I would lower to 250 ish.

Honestly 500mg cruise is nothing special here in Europe. I know so many bodybuilders running high amounts. My RBC never gets too high, blood pressure is controlled, diet is perfect LDL is the same as off gear, HDL is low of course, triglycerides very low. Blood work doesn't show much though. If you are going to abuse gear it's best to get a heart scan and have your arteries checked at least. Most cardiovascular diseases are genetic though.

I'll do you one better than OP. I've been 4 years straight on tren ace + mast and test and nearly a decade on 500mg+ test alone.

I would also like to see the progress from a decade of 500mg wkly of Test, not to mention the 4 years straight with other compounds added. No elevated RBC ? How's the prostate treating you with 4 years straight using a DHT?
