Hej people. Wow what a great place to source information!
Having recently transitioned from powerlifting to bodybuilding, I have found it essential to study and research topics related to hypertrophy training, dietary programs and of course supplementation. The internet is choc full of bs and parroting of bro science so it can be a challenge to filter through the volumes of junk to find the gold.
Its looking good so far from what I have read and have been enjoying and relating to the personal experiences of members here on this forum.
I hope to learn more about homebrewing and also stacking compounds for synergistic effect.
As a 240lb 6'2" horse I will need all the help I can get to shape up and nail show worthy conditioning!
