I have been lifting for 8 years and have dabbled in powerlifting. Currently just trying to get cut. I have played around with some gear over the years and would love to learn from the ladies here. I generally follow a low carb “ketovore” diet and lift 4-5 times a week. I did just have a breast reduction in January so I’m just getting back to my routine. I am also getting implants in May which will put me down for a few weeks then too. (Yes I know that sounds like an oxymoron but that’s how it had to be done bc of my size/mom boobs)
