Never knew Marcus as a rat, just knew him from the forum. I dont know what happened between you two or whoever im just speaking my peace. Marcus helped alot of people here , including me. When he replied to a thread it wasnt just a couple of one liners, it was 2 or pages worth of info. Cant say i see that alot anymore around here or not often enough.

Damn looking great charger!

I'm around, just in the process of moving and it's killing me. Absolutely killing me. Not enough time in the day and way too much crap to move. I expect the next couple weeks to be brutal. Had to get a service to move the larger gym equipment (smith, vertical press, etc) as it has to be taken apart and then reassembled. Hating every minute of this.

Yeah, I never knew what happened to him either. I always looked at him as kind of like a mentor. But I guess that's how those types operate. They can be great and helpful as a front to make people think they're good guys, while they're really up to no good.

In some angles, he looked like a middleweigrh.
He never showed his calves, wonder why..
Traps could be better.
Abs mostly missing.
Thighs didnt match his upper body.
But his forarms were real real good.

I hear you, I use mine after shoulder workouts (RC pain). I did switch to vape pens though. A lot more convenient and less harsh (I rarely cough).
