Hello everybody. He has been doing exercise, gym, swimming, martial arts, among others for many years.
But I have never had a super defined body, I would like some recommendation, I am Latino, I measure 1.70 weight 86 kg, I do a good heavy exercise, and I do a MACROS count in my food every day !! 2,312 CAL with 27% carbs, 42% protein and 31% fat. I want to be super ripped, my fat percentage is between 20 and 22% now, I do HIIT CARDIO 3 times a week for 15 minutes and I ride a bike on weekends between 40 to 70 km.
