2nd 56mg(.28mL)

Also took 10mg Anavar per day

If I'm not mistaken Anavar will lower your SHBG to a degree.
What reference range did the lab results provide for your sensitive E2? Typically, you have a range for that test.
You need a free testosterone panel. Free T is more important that serum T.

Sensitive E2 test was 6.
Free test was in lower normal range before starting 47.
Total Test was 174 before starting.
