U see, im already big, but at my age, the midsec just gets big from one little meal.
And it ruins the physic in most peoples eyes, specially those who dont juice.
Ofcourse it does not ruin it, but a nice midsec is so much more appealing than the slingut.
I have a very narrow midsec from nature and my body fatlevel is ok, but the belly often sticks out like a mf.
