Hello and thanks ahead to all, Found out about you guys when I read an article by JohnDoe called “The one vial cycle for beginners”. I’m in Tampa Fl, 6’1, 217lbs, 43yr old, approx 15% body fat, and have been lifting on and off for 25-30 yrs. I wouldn’t say I began TRAINING until this past year and have been learning A Lot. Look forward to this Forum a ton. Thanks again.
