0.9% benzoyl alcohol
Vs.
0.9% sodium chloride
Is there any difference in use? Or can they both be used interchangeably?

The main thing is you want .9% BA content. Bacteriostatic water has .9% BA, but I have seen some sodium chloride with .9% BA which will work as well. Just make sure the water you use for reconstitution has .9% BA.
.9% sodium chloride by itself is just sterile water with a bit of NaCl and isn't what you want.
