Hello,
I am a 39 year old male. Quick back story I have tried 2 cycles in the past. The first being Prop by itself ?(roughly in my 20's), then second Prop and Sus (very early 30's). Never really had any good information just your standard "bro talk" between gym goers. As I am finally getting back in to the gym after a lengthy period off I've spent the last 6 months getting to a good point in working out where I feel I'm in the routine, I'm sticking with it, but can definitely tell It Aint Like it Use to Be lol. So that being said I'm looking to learn as much as I can and start doing this the right way this time around. Not looking to get "Show Ready" but don't want to look like the typical 40+ year old in the gym. I think you get what I'm saying. Either way, thank you for having me and I am excited to get to learning.
