“I ain’t a smart man but I do know what brutalizing myself is” that’s a little twist on the quote from the movie. Anyways.. I may not know much about juice but I do know the that no matter what I can kick the living piss out of myself in the torture chamber. Not even sure if I do what I need for mass like I want but I love to just go and go when I feel myself breaking down and I start to think about how my body will build up stronger to handle more I guess it’s like a HIT/HIIT hybrid. I get a solid protocol for about 1 month then I slightly switch things up I.e angles or turn a triple drop set into a double with a super set, up the intensity in some way shape or form by adding more weight, reps etc. usually a minimal rest (30-45 seconds) just get the fuck up and get back at & you will be surprised at what you can handle when you get the mental grit to enjoy it. Either way just did some triple drop set squats (considered 1 set) forgot how many sets after I blacked out listening to Panteras 101 proof album, followed that up with some triple drop set single leg extension and curls. I’m all about independently training each side with dumbells or single leg press or extensions etc. then calves I’m trying something different. Again triple drop set but each rep I bring it to the stop and squeeze for 3 seconds with the tips of my feet on a platform, then bring it down for the stretch but don’t lose tension and back up. Fucking hurts and I like it.
All I have to train with is a home gym I’m Frankenstein’ing but it’s getting the job done for the basic stuff. Will see what happens. And don’t care since I don’t have allot but I’m jabbing myself with the 2iu of omnitrope and seeing what that does. Not sure if it’s cuz I don’t have the proper equipment to thoroughly destroy my muscles but it seems like it’s been helping me heal up faster. Eating basically every 3-4 hours 45-50 grams protein mainly chicken and not including protein from carbs, sweet potatoes, whatever veggies I can get ahold of and pretty much eggs, milk. shakes, glutamine, bcaa in the morning and pre/post workout with creatine post W/O. Nights I take the omnitrope I don’t eat 2 hours prior and not again till morning, days I don’t take omnitrope I have some slow burning protein and such before bed then I wake up in the middle of the night and drink about 16oz milk… I gained 10lbs in the last month or so easing into things, all good weight it seems. Anyways leave the panties on ladies. No pics yet. I don’t even look in the mirror until I’m a few months in at least.
