    Getting anxiety on prep diet

    Have started into a 14 week cycle and prep and when I started cutting carbs it seems like my body is constantly in a nervous overload, I’m taking away in small increments so no sudden changes and the gear has been the same for the last 4 weeks so the only change is carb intake, does anyone else feel this way, anxious and jittery would be the best way for me to describe it.

    Me personally get that when my fat intake is too low, maybe calculate in more fat as carb source? Fat has so many functions besides just being energy and for me - keeping my anxiety in check

    Appreciate the advice bro and I think your right it’s kinda like a going into survival mode or something, I’m going to add some fats in on my low carb days
