ok guys im 189pounds and 5`11 not sure my body fat sorry and was going to run decca 250 3 times a week not eod ..................any advice now ?

Everyother day would be monday, wed, fri, sunday, tuesday, thursday, sat = 875 mg a week.

Wouldn't sust 1-12, deca 1-10, and winny 12-14, then clomid therapy be a better option? And only run the deca at 400-600/week?

i agree with this scenario..........however 3 times a week at 250 per shot is way too damn much imho.
more than likely 400mg/week would be plenty. if not, the max i would go for now would be 600.
