Got my son a gym membership

I swear I can’t make this shit up

My kid is 10, told him he was 12 - their minimum age requirement is 13. Dude was like - ummm, you get a membership & I’ll _____

I said fuck it - he’s interested in going & I watch him like a hawk. Shit, ran him through my full routine - he asked “when are we going back” and was still going as I was dragging ass

Thankfully it’s cheap af - gotta love people. I guy asked me on the way out on how long he’s been working - I’m like “1st time”

    Fuck it!

    Like father, like son.

A chip off the old block.

I'm sure that you don't need me to advise you, brother. But stick with the basic movements (logically). I would also try to remember, as an adult I can see that this gets lost on us, to keep it fun, because if going to the gym becomes a hassle for the young protege; its over.

Post us up some "father son pics"...!!!

    * On a more easterly subject: From current news reports from the front (if we can believe anything coming out of the "special military action"), it looks as though the fighting in Ukraine has devolved into the type of conflict that the Bear is geared for; a war of attrition. It certainly isn't over, until it is over. It is becoming more and more apparent that the Motherland just may not, in fact, be losing this war; with the front lines progressively (albeit slowly) moving further west, it is hard to believe that the beleaguered Ukrainian forces are carrying the day... Again, time will tell.

    Peace to you, brother.

It’s all about safety & basics for right now - I’m just trying to feel out how he feels about what I do - I never had fitness as an opportunity in my life. So, who knows

Oh, the Ruskies - shit, they do what they do. There is no stopping the Russian Machine - when it starts, it’ll run on anything from diesel to bread & water - and, will hold anything at the walls of Leningrad

I got a good setup now - I take my son to lift & the wife takes him for cardio < since I’m only sticking to the bike for cardio due to my knee issues

It’s a trip - he actually pays attention. Shoot, hope he keeps it up + people trip balls < how long has he been lifting?!, etc., etc.
