Cypionate to Undecanoate Help Needed

Hi, I have been on a protocol of test cyp 40mg E3D, HCG 200IU E7D, and Adex 0,25mg when needed since 2014. This seemed to work well with these results:

Before:
TT 225
FT 65
SHBG 13,7

Typical Results once stable:
TT 723
FT 255
SHBG 9,4
E2 22

Cypionate is not available in my country anymore. The only pharmacy options are Nebido (undecanoate), sustanon, and Androgel.

I took my 1st Nebido shot (1000mg) 5 days after my last cyp shot. 2 weeks later started feeling moody and irritable which is only getting worse. I did bloodwork 3 weeks after the Nebido:

TT 331
FT 98
SHBG 13,8
E2 37,6

My testosterone has taken a dive and my estrogen has spiked. Does anyone have an explanation for this and suggestions of what I can try?
I did up the adex and go to the doc. My thinking is that I needed more Nebido but she was hesitant and prescribed me Androgel to apply twice a week. I really need to get this dialled in fast and have no idea why the Nebido didn't maintain my testosterone levels.

I am not sure about Nebido, but just some quick readings say 1 shot every 12 weeks will keep you in the lower 1/3rd of acceptable testosterone level. well to me that is in the 400 range and it looks like you are there according to the numbers up top.

What a shame, sorry to that you're going through it right now, nebido is garbage. Test U wasn't worth the convenience in my experience, way too much conversion to estrogen and dramatically less good vibes from a normal depot testosterone ester. If you could do it over again, probably should have stuck to your old protocol (only increasing test by ~10%)...injecting a gram of test is a silly TRT strategy. Forget about nebido and in a couple months transition to sustanon is my best advice. Sounds like you have a decent doctor in your corner, best of luck!

That protocol is 20 years old. Levels will be very up and down. I’ll recommend you micro dose that across the same time period to at least get stable blood levels of testosterone.

echo tarmyg's advice. in your shoes, divvy the 250mg amp into 4 x 1/2" slin pins, inject shallow IM every 3-4 days. I take back the nice things I assumed earlier about your doc, lol...do yourself a favor and utilize her as your drug dealer and not source of guidance going fwd.
