When should I begin clomid and nolva therapy?

When should I begin clomid and nolva therapy? here is my cycle.
Weeks 1-10 500 mg test E
Weeks 1-13 400 mg eq
Weeks 11-14 100 mg test prop eod
weeks 11- 14 50 mg winny eod
Femara 1/2 tab every 3rd day (throughout cycle)
HCG 1000 IU a week starting in the 7th through the end

Nolva and Clomid on hand, I plan on running both for post cycle. When should I begin since I am changing my testosterones in the 11th week? And I am adding winny. What do you think?

You need to extend your PRop and winny another 2wks and start clomid 2 days after last administration of those 2 compounds.

I'd also start the prop in wk 10
