So I just went into my local men's clinic and they suggested a testosterone pellet I am definitely not familiar with it so I'm looking for some feedback. And if you are using it how does it work when you want to go on a cycle?

Pellets < Gel < Cream < Injections
Pellets are the worst option, bar none. They require implantation, dose can not be adjusted, and are just a (literal) PITA.
The only time I think they make sense are if you are going to be locked up for 2 months to 4 months or so. In that case, I would get all the pellets I could.
Most of the places offering pellets claim to have the highest T levels, but the ones I've seen work entirely off of total T.
Then like Cylon pointed out there's no adjusting the dosage.
Another kink is the skill/lack of skill by the Dr. that implants the pellets. There are some cases of the pellets coming back out.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I think its stupid.
As others said,dosing etc.
And from what I have read, exepensive.
Good ol tried and true injections are best imo.
I've heard the pellets leave scars and are highly variable in their release depending on insertion.
Injection 2X a week with Testosterone Cypionate is the best TRT available. Just remember that you will need Gonadorelin to keep your testicles from shrinking and an AI to keep estrogen down if it starts to get too high.
