Greeting to all guys, gals, nb pals. My name is Emex, im 42 male from Los Angeles. I started going to the gym a few years ago off and on (pandemic didn't help matters) but 2022 more consistently. Total 'natty' for the first 9+ months. I just wanted to slow roll, ate my meals, got my work in 3 times a week at least. Just built some foundation of good habits, and along the way added some supplements (creatine, bcaa caps, beta alanine). Basically wanted to make sure I had basic habits and some strength before looking into leveling up in any way. My motivation is probably just wanting to challenge myself, change my body, and look a certain way i guess. We all have different motivations, I'm certainly not into competitions or anything. But anyway, recently (September) I wanted to do trt combined with some peptides (Ipamorelin, IGF LR3, and BPC). When I had my test checked it came back 555 and my dr said it's normal and so i couldn't take it any further with him. That's when I concluded that I need to get my own and do it myself but in the right way. I landed on this site hope to learn, and possibly find resources for my journey.
Currently have not located/purchased any Anabolics, namely testosterone. But, I did purchase the peptides mentioned above and started on those in low doses just to see my bodies reactions to them.
Anyway. I'm not sure if this is a proper intro or not. Maybe a bit long winded. But I wanted to give some background, and setup a starting point since I'm in this for the long haul.
