Im trying to get rid of golfers elbow. Trying to avoid anything that aggrevates it. Doing wrist curls and leverage bar every other day. Stretching the forearms daily. Only bad thing is my job kinda aggrevates it, some days more some days less, but its on constant basis. Rest the affected areas when off of work. . Consider trying flossing. Google and YouTube " Voodoo Floss". It doesn't necessarily have to be the Voodoo Floss brand.
Consider wearing a thin, lightweight compression sleeve at work. Something along the lines of Ptex. One of the thinner ones.
As a last resort, consider a hydrocortisone injection. Not my favorite choice, but sometimes necessary. ( I'll probably hear a bunch of flack for posting that, but fvck it, sometimes it's necessary.)
Try ice packs at home. Some prefer heat, but I prefer ice.
