That said, 250 a month seems a bit steep for T and AI (which you might not even need). HCG is more important to me than an AI, so if that 250 a month included that, maybe some thyroid meds, and bloodwork, then it MIGHT be a better deal, depending on doses, etc.
Everybody is different, so trying to say what is going to get you to 1000 total T is a shot in the dark. Could be 100mg per week, could be 200. Are you going to include HCG? What sort of dosing scheme? What ester? You get the point, there are a lot of variables at play.
And we talk a lot about Total T, but really, Total T is almost just bragging rights. Free T is the one that is important, and the one we should optimize for.
Wherever you end up going, try to start at 100mg per week of Test C or E, do twice a week injections. I strongly recommend HCG at 500 to 750iu per week, in 2 to 3 250iu injections. Then you can adjust up if needed. Do not pre-emptively start an AI , they may end up making you feel worse if you tank your E.
Hang out on the forum, read, learn and make acquaintances. With regard to hormone optimization, you may find that there is more knowledge here than 99+% of the primary care docs, and probably 50% of the dedicated clinics.
