Hey everyone,
Here to introduce myself. 50 year old male. 179lb 5'11". I'm a runner and cyclist since 2014. Last 2 years my focus has changed a bit. Still running and cycling, just not as much. Hit the gym regularly 4-5 days a week for the last 1.5 years, with the goal to put on lean muscle. This seems like the group that can assist with sound advise. Appreciate any input. Thx.
