You know, I haven't been a fan of the past several half time shows. Just a bunch of lip syncing.

I will say they earned their money on those floating platforms. I was watching and was like 'nope nope nope nope'

But I also remember when Owen Hart (WWF) died during a PPV when a cable snapped and he fell like 80 feet.

Not getting me on those. And if my wife was pregnant with my child, ain’t happening for her as well.

    And to Songdog, completely agreed.

The cable didn't snap. He (by mistake) unfastened the harness while he was in the air and fell to his death.

Holy crap, I did not know that! I always thought something broke!

Edit to add: still good enough reason to stay away from hanging by a cable...

Yeah, I think hell would freeze over before I'd ever think about dangling myself from a cable at the top of an arena.

At one point, I wanted to tandem parachute! Thought it would be quite the experience for the bucket list.

Not anymore. I have a fear of heights since little girl walking across open grate bridge over white water river!

Swapped in a race car event at NASCAR track. Ground is good.

    Rihanna.

    I do appreciate her music!
    Choreography was spectacular!
    Platform work was interesting!

Rhianna allowed herself to be in a toxic relationship with Chris Brown including physical abuse. Acceptable norms have shifted in some circles.

Her gestures may be a reflection of her own personal struggles with self respect, self worth….

Girls I mentor know gals set the bar in a relationship. Set it high ladies!! Set it high!!

Do it. I have a fear of heights also. I was a typical and climbed trees as a kid and as long as there were branches below me it wasnt a problem but there was 1 tree that the 1st branch was about 15 feet up and I would climb a rope up to that branch and could not go any further. It took me almost a year before I went further. I still remember the anxiety of trying.

That being said I still go on roller coasters and rides like that because it just adds to the thrill and I force myself.

I did the tandem parachute a few years ago and it is the most awesome free feeling I could imagine. Up until then I though scuba diving was that best for feeling weightless and free but its nothing compared to free falling. I wish it would have taken 4x as long.

Really it is an awesome feeling.

Shit doing a lap at Daytona would be fvuking awesome. Yeah, I'd put that on my list way before parachuting. In fact, I'll never jump out of an airplane that isn't on fire.

Yeah, that Owen Hart death was like, the only thing that ever happened in the WWF that was real.
