    Niacin and liver enzymes? How do my cholestrol levels look

    Hi All,

    Recently got routine bloods ; my liver enzymes been slightly elevated last 3 results - is this due to my niacin usage?

    Your labs are perfectly fine.

    The liver enzyme "elevation" is nothing honestly. If it were concerning it has to at least be above 100...

    If you are super paranoid, then take N-acetylcysteine 600mg qd or bid and that will help.
    Also milk thistle is good.
