    Newbie here! Thanks for the acceptance to the forum. I'm here to learn and ultimately put together a winning program for me. As with many, I used to be in great shape when I was younger, but now at age 49 I've gained a lot of weight I want to lose quickly and build back the bulk that I once had. I welcome any advice anyone is willing to give!

    welcome, take your time to do the research, i'm 45 in a similar boat but never gained all the weight, just lost a bunch with covid. Get TRT, that's the way to go.

    Best advise is to not look for a quick fix. Muscle memory is a REAL THING, train/diet/cardio consistently and you'll be surpised @ the results.
