Intermittent fasting with an eating window between 4PM-8PM. Diet is in a deficit with macros of 1:1 protein, 50g carbs, rest of calories from fats. Since I started back in the gym I have actually gone slightly up in weight despite burning more and eating less, I attribute that to newbie gains since I was on a 1 year recovery hiatus, I am progressively lifting heavier, feeling better, and noticing some body composition changes. If anyone has recommendations to alter my routine feel free to give me feedback.
In terms of AAS, I am looking at starting with something lighter along the lines of anavar, big issue for me is that I have no clue where to get it and I have already exhausted my list of potential physical sources that I know, haven't touched online yet because there are lots of blatant scams and shipping seems sketchy so I would much rather get advice from experienced users before making any moves.
Sports experience. I played volleyball between 15-18 for about 6 hours a day on a high school team, club team, and provincial team. When I was 18 a personal trainer from team Canada picked me up to train under him in the gym and he was able to put 40 lbs on my frame getting me to the peak shape of my lifetime. 19 is when things started to go down hill, wasn't burning the calories my body was used to, had a big appetite. When I turned 22 I started taking things pretty seriously again, dropped from a fluffy 220lbs to 180lbs and lean in a summer. Maintained that for a year, then slipped my disc for the first time while deadlifting the following summer, packed on 55lbs of fat while recovering then slipped my disc again during the winter. Once I finally healed around when covid hit I started working out again at home, dropped from 235lbs to 202lbs and then slipped my disc a third time this past October. Straight back up to 235lbs. I was healed up by March and started hitting the gym again. I have done loads of long distance multi-day backpacking and climbed around 10 mountains over the years.
