For cheap, you got your Peptides Warehouse and associated suppliers. Inexpensive but I've got some sketch stuff from them, like some TB-500 that I blame for "Poop Fest 2020". So, I don't risk it.
Other vendors exist. Not much experience with them though.

I am in the St Louis, MO area. I am currently using semaglutide through a clinic. They charge $250 a month for up to 1mg per week x 4. So, 4mg for $250. It's not name brand, most likely the same generic I could get online from a quality source at 2x the price.
