It would have been nice to lower the estrogen more than what Arimedex does alone without crashing the estrogen completely.

How low do you want it? Aren't there other adverse side affects from estrogen being too low? Like killing your sex drive, bone density loss, osteoporosis....

Op, maybe tweaking your diet and adding or increasing cardio would be a better, healthier option.

I want to lower the estrogen as much as possible to lose weight.
I take 12.5mg aromasin per week and my estrogen is slightly below the maximum level for men.
Novla/clomid blocks estrogen.
Maybe it's only for gyno?
Will it then work by blocking estrogen so that the body loses fat?
clomid / novla to avoid estrogen crash and joint pain like aromasin?

Honestly, leave your E2 where's it at. Focus on calories in and calories expended. What you propose will do nothing but put you on seesaw bouncing back and forth without ever really addressing your concern.

Eat less to lose weight.
Leave your estrogen alone.
Read up on SERMs and how they work. You don't understand them well enough if you are thinking about them like this.

You are a tad confused. You wont lose any weight by zeroing your estrogen out unless you have been blasting test with no AI and you suddenly crash your e2 it will pull some water out of you but thats it. Since you have already been taking an AI you will so no benefit from taking more AI, taking nolva, which only blocks estrogen at the breast tissue, or clomid. None of this is a weight loss protocol
…you really shouldnt be just taking whatever you feel necessary in hopes of losing weight. Only one way to burn fat and thats use more than you are consuming.
As long as your estrogen is in check you are good to go i keep mine 30-50 on trt only
