Testie, it looks like you have some good genetics, and I think you would keep most of your gains on just TRT. I know that a lot of people say "when you come off (even to TRT in your case) you have to keep up the intensity and food." I disagree. I believe the intensity must decrease, along with the calories. In fact, I think higher intensity is counter-productive without the arsenal of steroids. A couple of workouts a week, full-body, with just one exercise per body part for each workout is plenty to keep most of your gains on TRT. The older we get, the more we have to think about how we can get the most out of the least amount of drugs/calories/physical abuse we put our bodies through. It's not a bad thing at all - it feels great to feel healthy, be able to breathe, sleep, and be calm rather than wired and aggressive.
