    Hi, Im a new member at 61 y.o.

    from Nevada; I've been working out since 1975 after I first watched pumping iron

    i am mostly natural at the moment and i love herbal supplements

    i am a firm believer in Joe Weider bodybuilding

    and training smarter not necessarily harder

    Ok, thanks everyone. I hope to be a positive influence with my life experiences regarding health & fitness and bodybuilding as well as learning.

    My chief area of interest is learning to avoid back, neck, shoulder injuries and how to have a better diet.

    LOL I think everybody is tyring to learn to avoid back, neck and shoulder injuries. The best thing I've found to avoid those is to focus on proper form in all of your lifts and when your body tells you something, listen to it.

    Well why didnt anyone tell me this 20 years ago. Ive had all 3 now in the last few years.

    No shit!

    For approximately the last 18 yrs my workouts has devolved into a dance around what movements I can do, without aggravating my nagging shoulder...
