I just had knee surgery on my quad tendon. The Dr said I would be 6-9 months in recovery. I am shooting for 3-5.
I am taking 300 mg of Deca per weeka, 10 iu’s of BPC 157, and 5 iu of HGH daily.
I am 57 and the Dr is amazed at my recovery. I have had no pain and just graduated to 90 degeees of flexión.
I have not graduated to any weight bearing activities outside of full extension yet so we need to see how that goes when I progress. I am following the Drs orders ( sort of). So I push just a little, but I know my body well and what I can and can’t do.
