Please help! Need to bring back sperm and come off completely

44 years old. Been on test mostly TRT dosage for almost 10 years. Need very much to bring back sperm to make one more baby. Currently have on hand hCG. Plans to take about 3000 to 6000 IU per week. Is it a good idea to run Clomid alongside the HCG? Menopur I will also try to get as well. Please help out with onsite and experience what has worked with you guys. Thanks

Start HCG immediately, even before stopping test.
