50 grs oatmeal
15 gr peanut butter
2 fruits
2nd meal
300 gr chicken breats
150gr noodles
a good amount of vegetables
1 fruit
3rd meal preworkout
2scoop of mass gainner; protein and carbs
4rd meal post workout
3 whole eggs
100gr rice
5th meal
300gr chicken breats
150gr rice
a good amount of vegetables
2 fruits
drink 3 lt of water
i dont count calories
I don't count calories, I just try to get all my macros in every meal.
