    High alt and ast

Hey guys, I’m AB. I’ve been on and off for about 10 years with the usual compounds being test, deca, equipoise and dball and my alt is at 117.
Anyone know how to get that down? I’ve been off for 6 months. My doctor says fatty liver but I know it’s from doing big shots. I don’t want to tell him what I’ve been using because I worry about it affecting my job

Moving this to the correct area.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

MAYBE try some milk thistle. I'm not sure how effective it really is, but it is better than nothing.

I only had moderately elevated values once, but I had been hitting it hard. Just backing off a bit brought numbers back down.

There is another supp, glutathione I think, that is reported to help with liver numbers, but Google that before just running with it.

Weight training can elevate ALT and AST substantially too. If you know it's from "big shots", stop doing those and retest. I would tell your dr what you are doing and also he/she should order have ordered a hepatic ultrasound if the concern was real. Are you aware of doctor-patient confidentiality? They certainly cannot tell anyone. Are you thinking your employer would be able to pull your medical charts?

One thing that might help is supplementing folic acid. You can also get it from eating more leafy greens like spinach or asparagus. You can also get it some from bananas and liver. Try taking some bread or toast and smearing some pate on it. You might it a lot and it'll help with your liver.

I would also drink a good liter and a half of water about 45 mins to an hour before you get your blood drawn. Your blood test might be a little artificially high just simply because they usually draw blood first thing in the morning and you spent the whole night sleeping and not drinking any water.

I would completely stay away from alcohol for a while if I were you and retest in a few months.

Quit the dbol and any other orals, tudca and the other things people suggested will help, give yourself a few months without orals and retest and your levels should go down, I went through the same thing, good luck
