How much strength do you gain from test?

What types of strength gains do you all get from test.?

I.E. a 10lb increase in maim lifts every week or 2... or more like a 20lb increase per week.

Maybe a strength explosion at first and then it tapers off...

Just curious as to personal experiences here- how everyone reacts strength wise... weight gain can be deceiving.

I couldn't really gauge that cuz I never did a test only cycle. I always stack it w/ something. But I'd say 5-10lbs in main lift increase sounds about right.

He was talking about a per week strength increase... not a total strength increase over the course of the cycle...

Anyone else want to post their experiences?

Well, starting out the first few weeks won't be that much of an increase due to the fact it will take at least 3 weeks for the Test to kick in. But, overall, I would say 5-10 pounds. But I don't think it would be steady throughout the entire cycle. That would be almost a 100pounds of gains on bench (10 week cycle) which you will NOT see.

Lets see this past cycle I was able to do 315 for maybe 2-3 reps. Now I'm pushing it up for 6-7 unassisted reps and getting 335 for 4-5 unassisted reps. SO do the math...

If my bodyweight stays the same, about 5 lbs per week on main lifts.

i would have to guess about ..well actually it differs from the beginning, and the middle to end ....beginning it starts off kinda slow, like within the first 4 weeks, maybe about 20 pnds up on my lifts..about week 5 or so..i probably go up about 12-15 pnds every 2 weeks?

Since the strength gains are not linear, I wont bother trying to relate what it was every week. I put about 70 pounds on my bench with my first cycle, 250mg Ttokkyo sust 10 weeks.

sTRENGTH GAINS PEAK AT A CERTAIN POINT. I OVERTRAINED A BIT ON MY 1ST CYCLE BUT WHEN I WASN'T OVERTRAINED MY BENCH WENT FROM 225 FOR 3 TO 275 FOR 2! NEXT CYCLE IM GOING TO TRAIN A LITTLE LESS, EAT A LITTLE BETTER AND I'M EXPECTING REALLY GOOD RESULTS.
