Dutesteride oral effects on Estrogen, Test total and free

I will start oral Dutasteride .4 mg/daily for hair loss. I am on Trt therapy with nothing else.

I have read that the DHT blocker will increase my total test, free test, and estrogen as a by product up to 20%. Drop in libido and erectile dysfunction can be a side effect .

This can happen with 5ar inhibitors. Individual response is definitely a thing in this area. You might try finasteride instead of dutasteride due to finasterides shorter half life.
