Jon Andersen is one cool, intelligent, solid dude whose career has spanned a long time,
He's 6 feet 309 lbs
His career started in 2003 when he made a debut in pro wrestling
He also had a career in bodybuilding and strongman career
In 2003, Jon won the North America's Strongest Man competition. Jon joined the ranks of the IFSA strongman org
He's like 53 years old and is a great coach, particularly in getting older folks like myself regain their strength and improve their overall health
After my dear mother passed away and I was her caregiver....I had trouble waking early, but after signing onto his program for coaching. I've awakened like every day at 5 am or sooner, and I've made lots of gains....one small disciplined pivot opened up large doors
It may not be much, but I can bench like 185 lbs at 10 reps and I have lost 25 lbs, a lot of it from my gut, and I invested in a smart scale, too
My cognitive function has even increased from all the prior brain fog and I've embarked on a small business, too
I highly encourage everyone young and older,, to get on board with a personal coaching,

If you send him a direct message and your serious about online coaching which encompasses consistency and all around wellness, he may or may not get back to you. I was lucky he replied to me.
