    just getting started help me out

    this is a picture of my now im 6'1 about 175.. i exercise but i want to gain weight and put on muscle and have the cut look.. if you would recomend some juice for me i would appreciate it im a beginner and i need some opinions...

    well bro, if you are a beginner than the first thing to look at is your diet and training routine. Don't be too hasty to jump into the juice. How old are you?

    To early in the game for you to even consider juice bro. Get a good protein powder and some creatine and build up a good base for a couple of years.

    lol, juice already huh ? i guess nobody is interested in working for what they want anymore ?

    check ur diet, eat 3 g carbs/ lb of BW
    1.25 g protein/lb of BW

    Yeah!! I really think you should do a cycle!! A cycle with ALA, Glycerol and creatin. It can give you awsome results.

    Yeah, I agree with everyone here. Learn how to workout and eat properly. You'd be surprised at how much muscle you can build this way. Then once you've packed on 30-40lbs of muscle and hit a real plateau... juice it up.

    If you do it now... you'll just loose it all after you get off due to inexperience.

    Not to be mean, but you definatly didn't plateau yet.
